چکیده

Aim. As the activity of bacteriophages is species- and strain-specific, it necessary to study bacteriophage sensitivity in distinct geographic regions with various disease patterns. Here, we aimed lytic specific commercially available against Klebsiella spp., Proteus spp. , Staphylococcus aureus isolated from intestines children gut dysbiosis. Materials Methods. Bacteriophage was assessed 315 opportunistic microorganisms (125 strains, 120 70 strains) intestinal microbiota 300 < 4 years age preparations were produced by Microgen (Russian Federation). The studied a drip method on Muller-Hinton medium calculating area bacterial culture lysis. Results. We found low (37.5% sensitive (41.4% bacteriophages, albeit there considerable differences between species ( pneumoniae 56.7% strains; oxytoca 18.3% p = 0.03) vulgaris 52.0% mirabilis 35.6% 0.04). Nevertheless, considerably higher (78.4%). In addition, reduced along increasing severity Conclusion. dysbiosis have bacteriophages. positively correlated

Dysbiosis of the gut microbiota in disease

There is growing evidence that dysbiosis of the gut microbiota is associated with the pathogenesis of both intestinal and extra-intestinal disorders. Intestinal disorders include inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and coeliac disease, while extra-intestinal disorders include allergy, asthma, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, and obesity.

Normal Development of Gut Microbiota and Dysbiosis

Antibiotics are often prescribed inappropriately to infants and young children, with potentially adverse effects on the developing gut microbiota and related metabolic processes. We review evidence from 17 epidemiologic studies suggesting that antibiotic exposure during critical periods of early development may influence weight gain and the development of obesity. Complementary research in both...

Human Gut Microbiota: Dysbiosis and Manipulation

The adult human intestine is home to an almost inconceivable number of microorganisms. Their population is up to 100 trillion, nearly 10 times larger than the total number of our somatic and germ cells. All three domains, including bacteria, archaea, and eukarya, are contained in the adult human gastrointestinal (GI) tract and the bacteria achieve the highest cell densities and phylogenetic div...

Gut Microbiota Dysbiosis and Role of Probiotics in Infant Colic

Infant colic or excessive crying syndrome is a behavioral syndrome in 1to 5-month-old infants involving long periods of inconsolable crying and fussing in otherwise healthy infants. Its etiology is unclear, but evidence regarding the implications of the infant gut microbiota is rising in importance. In this short review, we aim to expose recent findings on alterations in the microbiota of colic...
